 * 60 Months Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder (Record-Triggered, Screen, Autolaunched), Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Security Model (OWDs, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets).
 * 60 Months Experience with Git/GitHub, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, SFDX, CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins), Scratch Orgs, Sandboxes.
 * 24 Months Experience in integrating AI, prompt engineering, and unified data profiles into custom development.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
 * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or other Salesforce Certification
