 * Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM
 * Healthcare domain experience required; Healthcare Payer preferred
 * Strong knowledge of Member & Provider data domains
 * Experience with Reltio & SAS data management tools
 * Expertise in designing and implementing MDM/RDM architectures
 * Experience with MDM/RDM cloud migration, preferably to Azure
 * Strong Azure experience
 * Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake & Azure SQL
 * Strong Databricks experience for data engineering and transformation
 * Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, payer data standards & regulatory requirements
 * Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
 * Agile development environment experience preferred
