## Description

We are seeking a UX Designer to help evolve our design system and create exceptional user experiences across our products. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working in a structured, design-system-first environment and wants to make a meaningful impact through thoughtful design., * Create interactive prototypes for websites, design-system components, and patterns.

 * Refine designs based on user testing, feedback, and usability data.
 * Design and iterate components and patterns to improve user experience.
 * Guide internal and external designers in applying design-system guidelines and best practices.
 * Conduct design reviews and promote a collaborative feedback culture.
 * Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and diverse user needs.
 * Create and maintain design-system documentation, component guidelines, usage instructions, and best practices.
 * Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma, including components, patterns, and documentation.
 * Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
