Workday Certification is Mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Security and Payroll.
Experience with Workday security configuration, business processes, and workflow management.
Strong understanding of Payroll configuration, compliance, and security best practices.
Experience supporting Workday testing, releases, enhancements, and production issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

## Description

Configure and maintain Workday Security and Payroll modules.
Design and manage role-based security groups, domains, and security policies.
Configure business processes, approvals, and workflow rules.
Support Payroll configuration, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements.
Conduct security audits, access reviews, and user access management.
Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Workday configurations.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, updates, and patch implementations.
Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT support, including defect resolution.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Develop and maintain configuration documentation, user guides, and knowledge artifacts.
