Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; desire to attack large, complex problems. * Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority. ## Description BetaDev is a specialist group within Go-to-Market (GTM) Product Strategy and Operations. We partner with Global Product Leads (GPS), Product Managers, and gTech to test the newest alpha and beta products with Google's largest advertisers (LCS). Our mission is to evaluate product-market fit, ease of adoption and performance to ensure Google Ads products are market-ready, intuitive, and built to scale globally. In this role, you will help accelerate the speed-to-launch decisions for early-stage ad products. By designing and managing small-scale pilots and onboarding advertisers to use the new products, you will develop strong expertise on the new product and gather critical quantitative data and direct qualitative feedback on product-market fit, ease of use/adoption, and performance. Your primary objective is to translate these findings into actionable insights to assess scale readiness, help refine product roadmaps, and inform commercialization decisions. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
