Requirements * At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a closely related field, with demonstrated technical leadership responsibility. * Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or another relevant discipline. * Strong hands-on background in cybersecurity engineering, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and security operations. * Experience working with firewall technologies, Microsoft Defender, configuration management, and security-focused system hardening practices. * Practical knowledge of incident response processes, threat analysis, security mitigation techniques, and investigation support. * Familiarity with recognized cybersecurity frameworks and standards used to guide enterprise security programs. * Ability to use scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Python to support operational efficiency and security engineering tasks. * Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
