Product backlog, sprint backlog, story estimation and prioritization, creation of user stories, acceptance criteria. * Strong people skills to support collaboration across functions and organizations. * Experience with Oracle ERP implementations, configurations, migrations, data conversions, customizations, and integrations with internal and external systems, including banks, payment processors, and enterprise reporting platforms * Familiarity with key Oracle ERP data models, including TCA, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Service Contracts, is a plus. * Strong knowledge of software development and coding principles and methodologies. Experience of software development and coding * Experience with Oracle EPM solutions (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting) is a plus. * Experience with system integrations, financial data flows, or reporting is a plus. * Experience supporting compliance and internal controls (e.g., SOX) within financial systems is a plus. * Experience in financial services is a plus. ## Description We are looking for a Product Owner to join the Central Technology team in support of Morningstar's Finance organization. This position is based out of our Chicago office. The Product Owner is expected to play a pivotal role in executing the Finance Technology roadmap across our core enterprise platforms-Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Coupa, and Concur-coordinating with Finance business stakeholders, technology development leaders, engineers, QA, and other roles.
