This role involves a hybrid of Agile leadership and program management to help software development teams build and deliver solutions more efficiently., * Lead Agile transformation and execution of value streams (Release Trains)

 * Facilitate planning, prioritization, and delivery of software development projects
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
 * Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes
 * Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
 * Provide guidance and support to software development teams to ensure project success
