* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
 * 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Embedded Software Development, Systems Integration, and/or Verification & Validation.
 * Strong understanding of:
 + Requirements Engineering
 + System Architecture
 + Electrical Schematics
 + System Integration
 + Verification & Validation (V&V)
 * Hands-on proficiency with:
 + Embedded C/C++
 + MATLAB/Simulink
 + Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
 + CAN
 + Ethernet
 + Embedded Control Systems
 * Experience with CANoe/CANalyzer and Wireshark.
 * Experience with Git and modern software development and testing tools.
 * Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, including GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Top candidates will also have experience with:

 * Autonomy, Robotics, Remote Control, or Machine Control Systems
 * AUTOSAR
 * Functional Safety
 * Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
 * Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing
 * IBM DOORS or Jama
 * Automated software and system test frameworks
