Desired Skills & Experience * PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/Scrum, or SAFe certification. * Prior experience in a management consulting or systems integrator environment. * Experience working on client-facing technology transformation engagements. * Experience supporting programs using hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models. * Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness practices as they relate to program governance., * Structured and detail-oriented, with the judgment to know when a lightweight process is more effective than a heavyweight one. * Comfortable operating across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. * Proactive in identifying risks and gaps. * Client-ready presence with strong communication skills. * Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. * Collaborative and coaching-oriented. * Able to make other workstream leads more effective through structure, tools, and governance. ## Description This is an opportunity to join a large-scale technology transformation program where you will serve as the connective tissue across multiple workstreams. Rather than owning the technical delivery of a specific workstream, you will help workstream leads become more effective by providing the structure, standards, governance, reporting, and tools needed to keep a complex transformation moving forward.
