In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process, and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer access. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advance technologies over IP. To be considered, you must understand the significance of the role within a 24x7 mission essential TTO and be able to support varying schedules at times to ensure mission coverage. We do our best to schedule around individual preferences, however; candidates must be flexible with their schedule.
