We serve a wide range of clients, across many different industry verticals, with projects ranging from simple, out-of-the-box implementations to fully custom solutions that rely very little on standard functionality., We are looking for a Functional Consultant in the Salesforce space who will help lead implementation projects for our client businesses. You will collaborate closely with both the project team and the client to design and implement Salesforce solutions that are purpose-built to meet each client's specific needs. Your focus during any project will primarily be driving the on-platform configuration of the solution. You will work projects from start to finish but may be assigned to 2-3 projects at a time., * You will work as part of a delivery team dedicated to the implementation of a custom Salesforce core platform solution for clients. * You will assist with the design of Salesforce core platform (Sales, Service, Loyalty Management) solutions for clients. * You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on methods and techniques for platform customization, development, and data migration practices. * You will lead the on-platform configuration/implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions for clients. * As part of designing any client solution, you will create various diagrams and flowcharts as are appropriate for each individual project.
