## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environment
 * Experience working with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle
 * Experience with tools such as GitLab or Jira
 * Experience writing and managing issues such as epics user stories, tasks, developing clear, well-formed acceptance criteria and definitions of done, and managing backlogs
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe and how to apply them to application development efforts
 * Ability to lead development teams and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
 * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

 * Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP
 * Knowledge of cloud migration strategies
 * Possession of excellent communication and organizational skills
 * Secret clearance
 * Agile Certifications
