## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Public Sector oder regulierten Umfeldern
 * Erfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Softwareeinführungen, Migrationen, Digitalisierungsvorhaben)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling (Budget-, Ressourcen- und Terminsteuerung)
 * Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement, insbesondere im Umgang mit Behörden und öffentlichen Auftraggebern
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und PowerPoint sowie in gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence)
 * Kenntnisse im Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement

Vorausgesetzte Zertifizierungen (mindestens eine der folgenden):

 * ITIL 4 Foundation
 * PRINCE2 Foundation
 * PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I)
 * Zertifizierung der IPMA (Level D oder höher)
 * Alternativ vergleichbare anerkannte Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen, * Strukturierte, analytische und proaktive Arbeitsweise
 * Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Organisationsfähigkeit
 * Sicheres Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
