 * analysieren Fehler und beheben Störungen bei Hardware, Software, Netzwerken sowie Kommunikationssystemen
 * leisten direkten Second Level Support beim Kunden vor Ort
 * administrieren die Client Umgebung und leisten den dazugehörigen Support
 * erstellen die technische Dokumentation und pflegen die Inventardaten
 * installieren Hard und Software und verantworten das Life Cycle Management im Clientbereich
