## Description

The IT Enterprise Systems (ES) office is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of the University's key administrative applications, such as the PeopleSoft Student Records application. The Enterprise Systems group conducts computer programming, troubleshooting, and database administration, as well as application training and user support., * Provides project assistance support

 * Works closely with the IT ES project managers and ES technical managers
 * Assists with project-related tasks (update project status reports and project plans with guidance from the Project Manager)
 * Tracks project action items and completion of essential deliverables; Follows up where needed
 * Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, scanning, copying documents, meeting scheduling, and note-taking
 * Performs other job-related duties as assigned
