We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and driven Data Analyst to join our fast-paced call center operations team. This is a critical role responsible for helping maximize campaign performance, maintaining accurate data, and providing reporting that directly impacts company success.

What You'll Do

 * Monitor and manage predictive dialer performance and call volume
 * Create, launch, and optimize outbound calling campaigns
 * Verify and maintain phone number and campaign data accuracy
 * Analyze call center metrics and identify performance trends
 * Generate detailed agent productivity and operational reports
 * Work directly with leadership to improve campaign efficiency and results
 * Troubleshoot campaign and dialing issues as needed
 * Maintain organized reporting and database systems
