 * Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
 * Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11

## Description

* Provide technical support to clients by phone, remote support, and onsite visits
 * Install and configure PCs, printers, and other hardware
 * Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 related issues
 * Take ownership of support tickets through resolution
 * Respond to client requests with urgency and professionalism
 * Maintain accurate ticket documentation
 * Communicate clearly with clients and team members
