* 7+ years of IT Project/Program/Delivery Management experience
 * Strong end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
 * Experience with technology modernization/transformation initiatives.
 * Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, or application modernization.
 * Strong risk, issue, dependency, and vendor/MSP management skills.
 * Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, Product Owners, and technical teams.
 * Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred: PMP, Agile certification (CSM/PMI-ACP/SAFe), AWS/Azure experience.

## Description

Job Summary: Seeking a Senior IT Delivery Manager with 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects and modernization initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end delivery across application, infrastructure, cloud, and AI-related workstreams while coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and MSPs., * Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of technology modernization initiatives.

 * Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
 * Coordinate architects, engineers, business teams, vendors, and MSPs.
 * Facilitate planning/design sessions and drive resolution of delivery roadblocks.
 * Provide stakeholder updates and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
 * Support project governance, documentation, and delivery standards.
