## Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning end-to-end delivery of AI products from planning through launch. You will drive cross-functional teams to execute against roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure features ship on time with the right business outcomes., * Ensure products are delivered on time with desired business outcomes

 * Develop and maintain execution plans, including timelines, key milestones, and resource capacity management
 * Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define priorities and ensure program alignment with strategic goals
 * Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
 * Proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers, escalating risks and dependencies as needed
 * Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary
 * Identify and engage with all relevant stakeholders, including teams, executives, and business users
 * Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration
 * Ensure consistent delivery cadence across teams, aligned to program milestones and executive commitments
 * Identify and implement process improvements that accelerate delivery and increase team effectiveness
 * Collect and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
 * Foster a positive team environment that promotes productivity, creativity, and high performance
