Technical Skills: * Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python) for automation. * Familiarity with security tools for managed detection and response (MDR), log management (SIEM), vulnerability management, and endpoint detection and response (EDR). * Working experience with Linux systems administration and containerization technologies such as Docker and Portainer. * Demonstrated proficiency using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support scripting, documentation, and troubleshooting. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. ## Description We are seeking a Systems and Network Engineer to join a dynamic IT team. This role is responsible for high-level, end-to-end IT support across the organization, from desktop support to enterprise VoIP, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networking, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and security operations.
