Desired Qualifications: * Master's degree in systems engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or information technology related technical fields. * 10+ years' experience in a mix of systems engineering/architecture development and technical project management in support of the IC or DoD. * Experience working with Software Developers, System Architects and System Engineers. * Experience in NASIC processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED). * Experience working with Agile development methodologies, and/or Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner. * Familiarity with the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) or Systems Modeling Language (SysML), to support creation of artifacts such as Block Definition Diagrams, Internal Block Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams that display operational views (OV), system views (SV), capability views (CV), and data views (DV). * Experience engineering / implementing operational prototypes is highly desired. * Experience with DevSecOps and/or cross domain solutions * Experience with Cloud-Native Architectures * Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, data bases, Python, Istio, Helm, GitLab, Elastic, Tableau, Confluence, Jira and/or other related technologies ## Description Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Product Owner to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This position will function as part of a team providing systems engineering integration and architecture support. They will apply Agile methodologies in a Product Owner role to engage with stakeholders and assist developers in creating and integrating software products supporting NASIC PED throughout defined, regular intervals. They will apply their strong interpersonal and organizational skills in building relationships with community stakeholders. The work is in support of both Intelligence Community and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
