## Description

We are seeking aSenior SQL Database Administrator (DBA)to support theNavy's Records Management mission, delivering secure, scalable, and highly resilient database solutions that enable critical information management across the enterprise.

In this role, you will apply extensivesubjectmatterexpertiseinMicrosoft SQL Server,largescaledata management, and secure database administration to design,optimize, and modernize enterprise data environments. You will work within Agile project structures-partnering closely with Program Managers, developers, and Navy stakeholders-to support database projects, manage performance baselines, ensure data accuracy, and implement secure access practices across massive datasets.

You understand that database administrators are central to mission continuity-maintainingavailability, performance, security, and recovery posture while supporting ongoing modernization initiatives. You will analyze system requirements, architect solutions, coordinate database migrations, and help the Navyestablishdurable, efficient, and compliant data management capabilities.
