Working onsite five days per week and collaborating with both customer stakeholders and remote HPE teams, this role is responsible for maintaining system availability and uptime to ensure service level commitments are met. This position involves daily break-fix activities, advanced troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and component replacement across a large-scale High Performance Computing (HPC) environment.
