* Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Computer Science. \n
 * 3 years' experience in a technical leadership role within a Project Management domain. \n
 * 8 years' experience in Engineering or project management or supply chain discipline \n

 * Project & People Management: Proven experience in guiding individual contributors and managing cross-functional projects to meet organizational objectives. \n
 * Technical Tool Proficiency: Knowledge and use of PLM, ERP and Scheduling Systems like Primavera P6. \n
 * Process Improvement: Strong Lean mindset with a track record of applying Lean tools to remove waste and optimize operational processes. \n
 * Industry & Product Knowledge: Solid understanding power generation products, organizational structure, and internal processes. \n

## Description

* Process Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to GE policies, engineering standards, and security requirements. \n
 * Vendoc Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end Vendoc process, including scope definition, collection, technical validation, and release within PLM systems. \n
 * Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for global teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables meet expectations. \n
 * Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage global headcounts and budgets to meet Order to Remittance (OTR) requirements for Heavy Duty New Units. \n
 * Performance Governance: Establish and monitor KPIs, lead third-party contractor oversight, and manage contract fulfillment. \n
 * System & Digital Integration: Collaborate with IT to optimize tool integration across PLM, ERP, and tracking systems to drive technological efficiency. \n
 * Operational Excellence: Utilize Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Daily Management) to identify process improvements, reduce non-value-added efforts, and eliminate inefficiencies. \n
 * Risk & Project Management: Lead cross-functional programs, develop risk mitigation plans, and ensure all schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. \n
 * Strategic Communication: Prepare and present technical data and status updates to leadership (EB+), providing actionable recommendations for scheduling and business strategy \n
