This role serves as a critical link between business operations and technology, helping drive system improvements, process optimization, and successful technology initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting SAP ECC environments, analyzing business processes, and delivering technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance. Experience participating in SAP migration projects, upgrades, or SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent business experience * 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role. * 3+ years of SAP experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment. * Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment. * Holds current work authorization for employment in the United States. * Live within driving distance of Washington, MO. * To be considered, the candidate must successfully complete: + Application + Talent assessment + Job interview + Drug screen + Background check Preferred Qualifications * SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience. * Experience supporting one or more SAP modules, including: + Materials Management (MM) + Production Planning (PP) + Sales and Distribution (SD) + Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) + Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) * SAP certification(s). * Experience with Power BI, SQL, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other reporting tools. * Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes. * Project management experience. ## Description WEG stands committed to building quality products and providing efficient solutions. SAP Support and Optimization * Provide day-to-day support for SAP users and business processes. * Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions. * Assist with SAP configuration, testing, reporting, and enhancements. * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Develop and maintain system documentation and process flows. Project and Migration Support * Participate in SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. * Support data migration, validation, and testing activities. * Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts. * Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to achieve project objectives. * Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
