We are a Business to Business telecommunications group offering services across various technology sectors, including telephony, mobile, payments and identity verification. We deliver state-of-the-art products and services designed around our client needs that are flexible, future-proof, and cost-effective. What will you be doing? As part of a team, you will be providing support at our helpdesk (via our ticketing platform or phone) and performing site surveys and installations. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring alerts and identifying issues across our infrastructure, as well as carrying out the first-level analysis of support cases. You will work closely with the Product Engineering, Infrastructure, and Commercial teams.
