 * First- und Second-Level-Support für Hard- und Software sowie IT-Anwendungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Endgeräten, Druckern und Peripherie
 * Unterstützung bei der Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
 * Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme in Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd/3rd-Level-Support
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Anleitungen für Anwender
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts
