## About the Role

* Fundierte technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder langjährige Erfahrung im Software- und/oder IT-Umfeld sowie Begeisterung für Software, IT- und OT-Systeme.
 * Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareentwicklungs- oder IT-Projekten, idealerweise im Bereich Intralogistik oder Automatisierungstechnik.
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Enterprise-IT-Umgebungen: Enterprise Linux, On-Prem & Cloud, Enterprise-Hardware, IT/OT-Netzwerke, SIEM, IT-Monitoring & Observability.
 * Souveräne Projektsteuerung hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten und Roadmaps, auch unter Druck.
 * Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
 * Freude an kurzen Dienstreisen, um dein Produkt beim Kunden im Einsatz zu erleben.

## Description

* Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Produktentwicklungen sowie Entwicklungsprojekten - von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung bzw. zum Projektabschluss.
 * Du erstellst und pflegst Projekt- und Terminpläne, behältst Budget und Ressourcen im Blick und koordinierst das interdisziplinäre Projektteam.
 * Gemeinsam im Team arbeitest du bereichsübergreifend an innovativen Lösungen und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produkte voran.
 * Du organisierst Produkttests und stellst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer QA die korrekte Funktionalität deiner Entwicklungen sicher.
 * Bei Kundenterminen vor Ort kannst du dein Produkt im praktischen Einsatz erleben und sammelst wertvolles Feedback für die Weiterentwicklung.
