## Description

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Data Engineering Teams; Koordination von Projekten mit Data Scientists, Engineers und Product Ownern
 * Aufbau und Betrieb skalierbarer Databricks-Pipelines mit Python, Declarative Pipelines und Jobs/Workflows
 * Einsatz von Azure Data Factory für Ingestion/Orchestration und Integration von SQL/NoSQL-Datenbanken
 * Einführung von Standards, wiederverwendbaren Templates und Dokumentation für gruppenweite Lösungen
 * Qualitätssicherung durch Versionierung, Testing, Monitoring, SLAs/SLOs und automatisierte Deployments
 * Kosten- und Performance-Management produktiver Pipelines
