Du liebst es, Menschen bei IT-Fragen schnell und unkompliziert zu unterstützen?
In dieser Rolle wirst du zur ersten Anlaufstelle für Deine Kolleg:innen, wenn es um Technik geht. Ob schnelle Lösung, Weiterleitung an die passende Stelle oder Unterstützung bei Installationen - du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Gleichzeitig bist du das Bindeglied zu den IT-Teams und trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass Prozesse noch besser funktionieren., * Betreuung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei IT-Störungen, Serviceanfragen und allgemeinen IT-Themen im Arbeitsplatzumfeld

 * Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen über den zentralen IT Service Desk
 * Erste Analyse, Priorisierung und strukturierte Weiterleitung von Incidents an zuständige IT-Fachbereiche
 * Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen IT-Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern
 * Unterstützung der Anwenderkommunikation bei technischen Störungen mit größerer Auswirkung
 * Mitarbeit im operativen IT-Betrieb, insbesondere im Bereich Hardware- und IT-Asset-Management
 * Einrichtung, Anpassung und Abbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Unterstützung bei Standortwechseln
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Rollouts, Systemeinführungen und lokalen Projekten
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Unterstützung bei der Nutzung von IT-Services und Tools
 * Sicherstellung eines strukturierten und effizienten Ablaufs im Onsite-Support
