## About the Role

* Proven technical leadership experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or similar role, with strong software engineering expertise.
 * Hands-on experience building digital platforms, customer-facing applications, and complex enterprise systems.
 * Strong knowledge of API-driven architectures, system integrations, distributed systems, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices.
 * Interest in or experience with AI-enabled software development, automation, and modern engineering approaches.
 * Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams in complex, multi-team environments.
 * Fluent in English; additional experience with CMS/e-commerce platforms, CI/CD & IaC, modern frontend/headless architectures, and cloud-native AI services is a plus., * Exposure to a diverse range of impactful projects, enabling continuous professional growth and expertise development.

## Description

* Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, acting as the quality gate and driving high standards in design, development, testing, and DevOps practices.
 * Translate architecture into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions while resolving complex integration and platform challenges.
 * Mentor and coach developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on support to strengthen team capabilities.
 * Contribute to large-scale digital experience platforms, including customer portals, CMS-driven websites, headless architectures, and e-commerce solutions.
 * Design and implement modern API-first and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures while collaborating closely with UX, product, and business stakeholders.
 * Drive AI-enabled software delivery by leveraging spec-driven development, AI-assisted tooling, cloud AI services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock), and automation or multi-agent patterns.
