* Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Visualization

 * Ability to prepare and structure data for reporting and visualization purposes
 * Good understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and data preparation processes
 * Knowledge of data governance and security principles
 * Understanding of data strategy concepts
 * Experience working in Agile environments
 * Prior experience in Banking and/or Financial Services
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

## Description

We are looking for a Data Reporting & Visualization Specialist to support the design, development, and optimization of reporting and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

The role acts as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into clear, impactful, and actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling., * Understand and identify reporting and visualization needs together with stakeholders

 * Gather business requirements and translate them into prototypes and fully developed dashboards
 * Collect, assemble, and prepare data for visualization purposes
 * Develop, maintain, optimize, publish, and decommission dashboards and reports across their full lifecycle
 * Ensure reporting solutions follow governance, compliance, and security standards
 * Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes
 * Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to build sustainable and scalable data solutions
 * Promote consistency, reusability, and alignment with data strategy initiatives
 * Implement and advocate reporting and visualization best practices
 * Coach junior Data Visualization Specialists
 * Document solutions and train users on reporting and visualization tools
