## About the Role

* Ability to manage stakeholders at a CXO level.
 * Emotional Intelligence required to deal with people and influence them
 * Ability to deliver consultancy services - understand customer's needs and objectives, distil the right ideas and forge them into the Operations Architecture.
 * Demonstrable ability to distil complex ideas into simple concepts which can presented and conveyed convincingly

Must have Required Qualification:

 * Good understanding of the technical stack - Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, bash, PowerShell.
 * Excellent, hands-on knowledge and experience in setting up ITIL driven support and maintenance delivery in large organizations;
 * Excellent knowledge of standards such as ITIL, ITSM (must have);
 * Ability to cope with complexity of the AS-IS operations environment and propose new solutions aligned to the views of the stakeholders;
 * Experience in IT Operations (support and maintenance of systems);
 * Experience in process mapping standards such as UML and BPMN;
 * Experience in mapping business strategy to information strategy;
 * Communication: Adapts communication to different situations and audiences;
 * Strategic focus: Aligns action to strategy;
 * Analytical skills: Applies methodical approach to complex information;
 * Problem Solving: Anticipates and solves business issues;
 * Customer focus: Adapts services to respond to customer needs;
 * Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment;
 * Professional conduct in line with the corporate behaviors, i.e., result-driven, readiness to change, customer focus, integrity and team-player approach;

Desirable: Completed university studies of 4 years (Master's degree) in a relevant domain (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)

## Description

* Design and oversee the implementation of the target operating model for Eurocontrol's Azure Platform.
 * Work with the key stakeholders to agree on the timelines of deliverables.
 * Design an observability platform to identify issues before they are reported
 * Integrate AI tools into day-to-day operations to automate detection of issues and their resolutions where possible
 * Run the operations team from a day-to-day perspective - workload management, QA, documentation
 * Triage incoming work requests and re-direct engineer work to the engineering teams.
