In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond telefonie, VoIP en Unified Communications en help je hen snel weer op weg.
Jouw day-to-day als Support Engineer VoIP & Unified Communications:
Je behandelt supportvragen en incidenten via telefoon, e-mail en ons ticketsysteem.
Je analyseert en diagnosticeert problemen rond VoIP, telefonie, SIP-trunks en andere telecomoplossingen.
Je lost first line en second line supportvragen op of escaleert deze waar nodig.
Je volgt incidenten correct op en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de voortgang.
Je configureert en beheert telefonie- en communicatieoplossingen.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van engineering, projectmanagement en operations.
Je documenteert oplossingen, procedures en kennisartikels.
Je denkt mee over verbeteringen van onze dienstverlening en interne processen.
Je volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen telecom en unified communications op.
Als Support Engineer VoIP & Unified Communications combineer je technische expertise met klantgerichtheid.
