Responsibilities * Oversee the acquisition and use of core business systems, including ERP, CRM, EHP, QuickBooks Online, the full Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Pardot and other smaller systems. * Work with external suppliers to schedule audits, testing, efficiencies and staff training; coordinating with relevant departments to minimise disruption and maximise impact. * Work closely with suppliers (MS International team and external providers) to ensure value for money and great customer service. * Act as the primary point of contact for business system-related inquiries and troubleshooting, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. * Manage cross-team projects and enhancements, ensuring tasks are completed on time, stakeholders are involved and communication is timely. * Ensure data integrity across systems by implementing data quality controls and conducting regular audits. * Main point of contact for infrastructure, end-point, technology and systems queries.
