Role Summary As a Customer Onboarding Engineer, you will be the technical accelerator for our newly onboarded customers or existing customers seeking platform transformation. You ensure that new customers can connect their data, configure their workflows, and launch their pilots without friction. You will play the role of a technical troubleshooter, platform enabler and customer success champion.
