It plays a key role in the council's wider regeneration strategy, supporting sustainable communities, improving housing standards, and delivering long-term social and economic benefits for the area. The Role The Digital and Performance Manager will lead the development and administration of BD Reside's digital infrastructure to support performance management and where appropriate regulatory compliance. Central to this role is the implementation and optimisation of digital systems - including performance dashboards, data platforms, and SharePoint - to enable accurate reporting, data integrity, and collaborative working across the organisation. Acting as a technical resource, the Digital and Performance Manager will support colleagues in the effective use of digital platforms, manage system structures and permissions, and promote digital literacy across the organisation. This includes troubleshooting, training, and ensuring systems are configured to support operational, internal control, efficiency, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement. The role will be responsible for designing and maintaining a robust KPI and performance framework, ensuring that data is effectively captured, analysed, and can be presented to the Board and leadership team.
