You'll work closely with the business users to understand what they need, before building out the application. You'll see the impact you're having, daily. Part of your job will involve supporting and troubleshooting issues with the applications. As they're all built in-house, this is fairly normal, but you'll need to be prepared to get your hands dirty with this problem-solving aspect of the job.
