You'll bring:

 * Proven experience delivering CRM implementation or migration projects.
 * Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
 * Strong data migration and systems consolidation experience.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills.

## Description

You'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and vendor selection through to implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help create a single source of truth that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, and reporting capability., * Lead a large-scale CRM migration and transformation programme.

 * Assess current systems and define the future-state solution.
 * Manage CRM vendor selection and third-party suppliers.
 * Oversee data migration, governance, and integration activities.
 * Drive stakeholder engagement, project governance, risk management, and reporting.
 * Support process redesign and customer journey improvements.
