About the Role This is a hands-on, high-impact Dynamics 365 CE Developer role where you'll design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering scalable, upgrade-safe customisations, integrations, and automation that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Responsibilities * Design, develop and support enhancements across Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on Sales, Field Service and Case Management modules. * Deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse to improve automation and self-service capabilities. * Design and implement integrations using Azure services and modern integration patterns. * Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues, driving root cause analysis and long-term resolution. * Enhance ALM, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and environment management using Azure DevOps and Git. * Provide technical leadership through code reviews, development standards, mentoring and delivery planning. * Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, Microsoft Copilot and modern platform capabilities to improve business processes and user experiences.
