## Description

Copello are supporting a leading defence technology organisation within the Cyber domain in the search for an experienced Systems Engineering Manager professional. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering advanced, secure capability solutions within highly regulated and mission-critical environments.

What you'll do

 * Lead engineering delivery across complex programmes and projects.
 * Oversee system architecture, integration and lifecycle compliance.
 * Manage engineering budgets, schedules, risks and resource planning.
 * Support bid activities and drive improvements to cost, schedule and margin.
 * Act as a senior technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
 * Ensure engineering artefacts meet required standards and governance frameworks.

What you'll bring

 * Strong background in Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle.
