This is a hands-on role where you'll implement and optimize platform services, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes for enterprise-grade applications. The Platform Engineer should be a can-do, high-achieving individual with strong product and domain expertise, who thrives on collaboration and has experience building secure, resilient cloud infrastructure. You'll champion engineering excellence and automation, foster best practices, and bring a genuine passion for technology and continuous improvement to everything you do. Success Metrics (what you will be measured on) * DORA: Lead time, Deployment frequency, Change failure rate, MTTR. * Reliability: SLO attainment (%), incident rate and severity mix, mean time to detect (MTTD). * Quality: Escaped defects, defect density, automated test coverage, flaky test rate. * Security/Compliance: Vulnerability SLA adherence, audit/control pass rate. * Cost & Efficiency: Cloud unit economics, cost-to-serve, build time, onboarding time to first PR.
