## About the Role

Vous êtes ingénieur SysOps / infrastructure confirmé(e)

 - Expérience significative en administration systèmes Linux et exploitation de plateformes critiques.
 - Forte culture infrastructure et production.
 - Expérience en environnement RUN / PROD.
Vous maîtrisez les sujets d'automatisation et d'exploitation

 - Automatisation avec Ansible.
 - Scripting : Shell, Python.
 - Mise en œuvre de workflows, ordonnancement et traitements batch.
Vous êtes orienté(e) fiabilité et industrialisation

 - Capacité à améliorer la maintenabilité et la résilience des environnements.
 - Expérience en supervision, monitoring et gestion des logs.
 - À l'aise dans des environnements on-premise et hybrides.
Vous évoluez sur des plateformes techniques structurantes

 - Expérience ou exposition aux solutions documentaires type OpenText (ECM / GED).
Votre posture fait la différence

 - Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service.
 - Capacité d'analyse et de résolution d'incidents.

## Description

Notre agence renforce ses équipes et recherche un Ingénieur SysOps orienté infrastructure et exploitation (H/F) pour intervenir sur des plateformes critiques, avec de forts enjeux de fiabilité, industrialisation et automatisation du RUN.
Vous évoluerez dans un environnement de production exigeant, au cœur des activités d'exploitation et de maintien en conditions opérationnelles.
Votre mission
Industrialiser et fiabiliser l'exploitation des plateformes techniques, en automatisant les opérations et en améliorant la résilience des environnements.
Vos responsabilités

 - Administrer et exploiter des infrastructures Linux en environnement de production.
 - Automatiser les tâches récurrentes d'exploitation : déploiements ; mises à jour ; contrôles ; redémarrages
 - Mettre en place des mécanismes d'orchestration et d'automatisation (workflows, traitements planifiés, scripts batch).
 - Contribuer à l'industrialisation des environnements et à la standardisation des pratiques.
 - Participer activement au RUN / exploitation : gestion des incidents ; analyse des causes racines ; amélioration continue
 - Mettre en place et maintenir les dispositifs de supervision, monitoring et gestion des logs.
 - Rédiger la documentation d'exploitation et les procédures techniques.
 - Être un point d'appui technique pour les équipes RUN / PROD.
