## Description

Sous l'autorité hiérarchique du responsable du service « aux utilisateurs » et de son adjoint, l'agent a pour missions :

Support N0/N1

 - Réaliser le premier contact avec l'utilisateur, ouvrir un ticket
 - Etablir un premier diagnostic (non fonctionnel) de l'incident, le qualifier
 - Résoudre le premier niveau d'incident pour une restauration du service dans les meilleurs délais
 - Suivre le processus de gestion des incidents

Support de proximité et déploiement des matériels

 - Accompagner au quotidien et/ou en urgence des cibles prioritaires ou stratégiques sur du support N0/N1
 - Etre le relais local des autres services pour mettre en œuvre le support/activités au quotidien
 - Fournir une assistance pour la mise en œuvre des réunions (matériel, démarrage de réunions)
 - Etre un relais auprès des utilisateurs de la politique de sécurité des systèmes d'information du SCSI

Gestion de l'inventaire matériel et logiciel

 - Participer à la gestion de l'inventaire, suivre le parc informatique (postes de travail, téléphones, serveurs, imprimantes et autres périphériques)
