Support Technique: Expérience dans le support aux utilisateurs, y compris la résolution de problèmes logiciels et matériels.

 - Maintenance Informatique: Expertise dans la maintenance des ordinateurs, incluant leur diagnostic et leur entretien.
 - Réparation Informatique: Connaissances solides des techniques de réparation des équipements informatiques et de leurs composants.
 - Connaissance des Systèmes d'Exploitation: Familiarité avec les systèmes d'exploitation courants.
D'autres atouts autour du savoir-être incluent une bonne communication, des capacités d'organisation, une aptitude à travailler de manière efficiente dans tout type d'environnement/de contexte Client et une aisance relationnelle.

## Description

Vous serez en charge de fournir un support technique de premier niveau aux utilisateurs. En tant que véritable point d'entrée, vous:

 - Enregistrer les demandes dans l'outil en qualifiant la demande pour la traiter efficacement ou l'orienter vers le service adéquat.
 - Réaliser un premier diagnostic et selon les cas effectuera les tâches suivantes:
 * Assister le client et résoudre l'incident par téléphone,
 * Prendre la main à distance sur l'environnement client pour investiguer et résoudre l'incident,
 * Transmettre la demande au service adéquat (Niveau 2, escalade expert ou éditeur, service commercial, etc.),
 * Planifier une intervention sur site client.
 - Planifier, suivre et contrôler les interventions en cours et renseigner les données dans les outils.
