As to strategic improvements, the team currently focuses on: - Improving IT-business processes to manage the service catalog and associated epic-level efforts; - Strengthening IT governance across HQ and subsidiaries, ensuring clear ownership, standardized processes, reliable reporting, and scalable support for international growth; - Hardening user devices, network, and service configurations to match security standards: GHI, then NIS2 and ISO 27001.
