## About the Role

Vous êtes technicienne ou technicien help desk, autonome, ponctuel·le, doté·e d'un relationnel solide et de trois ans d'expérience minimum

 - Vous maîtrisez Windows 10, Microsoft 365 et connaissez SCCM pour résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels
 - Vous assurez le support de proximité, la prise en main à distance et le suivi des tickets jusqu'à leur clôture
 - Vous gérez installations, configurations, parc informatique, stocks et renouvellement des équipements avec méthode
 - Vous êtes titulaire d'un BTS SIO ou formation équivalente, la certification H0B0 constituant un atout
