## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
 * Proven experience in Systems Engineering and Requirements Engineering.
 * Hands-on experience with the following engineering tools:
 * Cameo
 * Enterprise Architect
 * Granta
 * Mega
 * IBM DOORS
 * RPE (Rational Publishing Engine)
 * RQA (nice to have)
 * Strong understanding of requirements management, system architecture, and engineering processes.
 * Experience working in complex engineering environments, ideally within regulated or high-tech industries.
 * Native German language skills (mandatory).
 * Good English communication skills.

## Description

We are looking for a System Engineer to join a highly technical and innovative engineering environment in the Munich region. The candidate will be responsible for supporting system architecture, requirements engineering, and model-based systems engineering activities across complex projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle., * Develop and maintain system models, architectures, and requirements.

 * Translate stakeholder and customer requirements into technical specifications.
 * Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities and system documentation.
 * Manage requirements traceability, verification, and validation processes.
 * Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
 * Ensure consistency and compliance of engineering artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
