 * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Entscheidungsfreude
 * ITIL-Kenntnisse bzw. eine entsprechende Zertifizierung sind von Vorteil

## Description

* Steuerung des operativen Service-Desk-Betriebs und Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden IT-Bereichen wie Infrastruktur und IT-Security
 * Fachliche Führung und Einsatzplanung des Service-Desk-Teams im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Überwachung von SLAs sowie Auswertung und Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen
 * Koordination und Bearbeitung komplexer Supportfälle sowie Eskalationen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von IT-Serviceprozessen und des internen Wissensmanagements
 * Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern
 * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Support-Tools
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben
